As hosts to visitors from all areas of the country, our culinary philosophy needs to speak loudly of the dramatic surroundings of the area and the rustic elegance of the Lodge coupled with the rich history and culture of our region. The forests and mountains, the Columbia River, the Pacific Ocean, and the rich farmlands of the region are all considerations when creating our menus. Our menus reflect the agricultural and natural abundance of the Pacific Northwest. We serve the freshest of the season, when it’s in season.
