Skamania Lodge is situated in one of the most dramatic and unique settings in the world. As hosts to visitors from all areas of the country, our culinary philosophy needs to speak loudly of the dramatic surroundings of the area and the rustic elegance of the Lodge coupled with the rich history and culture of our region. The forests and mountains, the Columbia River, the Pacific Ocean, and the rich farmlands of the region are all considerations when creating our menus. Our menus reflect the agricultural and natural abundance of the Pacific Northwest. We serve the freshest of the season, when it’s in season.

Available exclusively to overnight hotel guests, with seatings beginning at 11AM and the last seatings at 7PM.

Local guests interested in the buffet may join a wait list and will be contacted in November if additional reservations become available.
