Spa Guidelines

Waterleaf Spa is looking forward to creating your personalized spa experience. When you call to make your appointment, our spa professionals will work with you to ensure your Washington State Spa experience exceeds your expectations.

Advance reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 844-432-4748.

WHAT TO WEAR

We provide a plush robes, towels, hair dryers and showers. Guests may wear their in-room bathrobes to and from the Spa. Please leave your valuables in a secure location.

ARRIVAL TIME

To begin your relaxation experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. After your spa treatment, please feel free to enjoy our sauna and hot tubs.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or change any treatments. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full treatment fee. If you cancel your room reservation, please also cancel your treatment reservation.

Group appointments of 4 or more will be subject to a 72 hour cancellation policy, all services changed or cancelled within 72 hours will be subject to a full treatment charge. In an effort to create a seamless transaction, an automatic gratuity charge of 18% will be added to all group services.

Body treatments are for guests age 18+.Teen facials are for age 16+ with parental or guardian consent and parent/guardian in the room at all times.
